The only thing I was hoping was that when the meal is offered that he would be assumed or included price with the drink that made me pay twice two transactions instead of just one because I thought thatmeal came with the drink but other than that, this place is fabulous“

“These groovy fries have peeked my interest in Sonic again. Grape Cream slushy taste ok, bitter aftertaste, (most likely the a chemical for coloring it purple,, red40)was a little melted but ok. All fries and tots and chicken were HOT 👍🏻 when ordering I DID request groovy sauce . Didn’t get any, but to fair , I could’ve checked the bag and asked for some.“

We don't care much about it. It wasn't terrible, Just meh for us. We liked the new sandwich last fall...Chicken Pimento Honey Peppers. Hoping they have it again this Fall. “

“Workers were friendly and quick with my sandwich. Sandwich was good. But the store could really use some tint on the west windows. Inside was hot and just ordering the sun was beating down on you. Also you could tell the workers were hot. Just an idea for management.“

“I couldn't have had a better experience with my family here. Tommis was amazing. My son his grandmother and I went to Arby's for dinner. As we walked up to the cashier who's name is Tommis said helllo ask us how we are doing. What blows me away was how patient Tommis was and didn't rush us when we were ordering. My son doesn't only have adhd but also is on the spectrum. Sometimes ording out in public dosen't go smoothly nor as quickly as some may like. I'm trying to teach my son how to order by himself. Tommis had the patience and didn't rush him took the time to look at my son and where he was pointing at to see what he would like. It was a true heartfelt moment“

“The lady who took my order in the drive thru was super nasty and wanted to argue with me when there was multiple cars behind me in line instead of fixing my order. I had ordered 3 20 piece nuggets with 3 baskets of fries which she rang up separately but it’s a meal that comes with the 20 piece and basket of fries and she said that I should’ve ordered it by saying “can I get the meal that has the 20 piece nuggets and basket of fries” I guess I didn’t realize there was a certain way to order the nuggets and fries so instead of fixing the issue and making 3 meals she rang them up separately and overcharged me by $5 so when I went to pay this really nice young man by the name of Isaeh helped me out and fixed my order making them meals. Really sweet boy didn’t even complain and really turned my bad experience around. The lady that took my order could use some customer service tips from Isaeh.“
