“The staff sets this location above the rest. The lady at the counter had a very difficult couple in front of me and she navigated them though their order, language barrier, and questions expertly, and always with a smile on her face. Helped me the same. Dining room was immaculate, and food was hot and tasted freshly made, the tatse of the oil in the chicken was a little prevalent, and needed to be changed, but that's probably a me thing. Been a chef for 30 plus years, so a little sensitive to that sort of thing, the average Joe probably wouldn't pick up on it for another shift or two.“

“Yesterday was my first time eating at this restaurant and I absolutely loved it. My family was there to celebrate my nephew's birthday and they all had great things to say as well. This was around lunch time and when we arrived we were greeted and told how the ordering process works. We sat down with our menus to decide what to order then went back to order up front. The young man took time to explain the different heat levels and was patient as we gave him all of our orders. We didn't wait long for our food. Another thing I must highlight is that it was very clean. The tables were clean, silverware clean, and the bathroom was also clean. I also enjoyed the music and the whole vibe. Kudos to the manager on shift also because she truly cares not only for customers but for the employees as well and NashBird is blessed to have her. I only wish I would've gotten her name. I think she'll the one that served our food as well. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will be eating there again.“

“I’ve always enjoyed the food, it’s always amazing, but today the team did something special I didn’t expect. After we finished our meal, one of the team members asked if my five kids would want free ice cream and I said sure. They led us around to the front and invited all of my kids to walk to the back and make their own ice cream cones on the machine. It was such a simple thing to offer but the gesture instilled wonder and excitement into all of my kids, even the 17 year old was impressed by the gesture. It’s the smallest things that can garner unreasonable hospitality that gives me the satisfaction to always come back. Thank you for such a sweet experience.“

“I was a little lost not understanding where they were located. I was helped to the right direction by friendly people. I was ordering for a friend in the VA hospital who is in terrible condition. She wanted a biscuit which Chick-fil-A didn’t have. They got together with other departments and the manager (going out of their way to help me) and found everything my friend wanted. I was most impressed by their willingness to help me. My friend is now in ICU incubated and unresponsive. It’s the little things that can make all the difference“
