“This was my first expect with chicken salad chick. It was pretty good. I'm not much of a chicken salad person but I wanted to give it a try. I ordered online and had it delivered so I can't really speak about the store. The food was incredibly fresh. I had the Greek goddess on a sandwich, a side of the buffalo ranch chicken salad and some fruit. The presentation was lovely. The Greek goddess was wonderful! The buffalo ranch had a tiny bit of heat to it. Not bad at all. If you like chicken salad, give this place a try. By the way, the packaging is adorable!“

“We came in today for lunch and it was amazing. The food was really good and didn't take long to come out. The staff were very friendly and so sweet (I didn't catch the gal's name who helped us unfortunately but she was lovely). The restaurant is cute and was a calm vibe for lunch. I had the cheeseburger and my boyfriend had the Philly cheesesteak. We both devoured our food and will be repeat customers!“

“Stopped by after an appointment in the area. I now have a favorite chicken place! The flavor puts raising canes to shame! The food was reaosonably priced and a great portion. I highly recommend the garlic parmesan as a dipping sauce. Definitely recommend and will be back.“

“Yesterday was my first time eating at this restaurant and I absolutely loved it. My family was there to celebrate my nephew's birthday and they all had great things to say as well. This was around lunch time and when we arrived we were greeted and told how the ordering process works. We sat down with our menus to decide what to order then went back to order up front. The young man took time to explain the different heat levels and was patient as we gave him all of our orders. We didn't wait long for our food. Another thing I must highlight is that it was very clean. The tables were clean, silverware clean, and the bathroom was also clean. I also enjoyed the music and the whole vibe. Kudos to the manager on shift also because she truly cares not only for customers but for the employees as well and NashBird is blessed to have her. I only wish I would've gotten her name. I think she'll the one that served our food as well. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will be eating there again.“

“What can I say? I’m a Cane’s girl but one rainy day I pulled into Chick-fil-A and I was fascinated by the systematic efficiency. So I went back a second day and the level service mirrored the level of service of the previous day. Feeling that this couldn’t happen again, I continued to go back. I was greeted by the most courteous and helpful young people.

They run that place like the TSA at the airport. I have only been there once and no one asked me what sauce and then in the end, I saw that all the attendants were running back and forth for sauce for all the cars. I assumed that was a training day, as I saw some new faces. Everyone is allowed one of those days.

The waffle fries are always a pleasure and I guess my biggest complaint is looking at what color they decide my car is. It is always says “Tina black sedan.” “Tina gray sedan.” “Tina brown sedan.” It’s made me want to research exactly what shimmery brown/gold speckled color is called again 😂“

“I was a little lost not understanding where they were located. I was helped to the right direction by friendly people. I was ordering for a friend in the VA hospital who is in terrible condition. She wanted a biscuit which Chick-fil-A didn’t have. They got together with other departments and the manager (going out of their way to help me) and found everything my friend wanted. I was most impressed by their willingness to help me. My friend is now in ICU incubated and unresponsive. It’s the little things that can make all the difference“

“Have eaten here for years, when I worked downtown, at least twice a week. The Lemon Chicken is amazing!

Parking: If you can, find a meter but be sure to plug it, the garage is some distance away. If you work downtown, suggest you walk!“
