“I was told tonight that if i got courtesy drink, I don't get senior discount...when did this change, I come in here all the time??? the clerk told me this has always been the policy...I know that when a group of seniors they give them the discount and the courtesy drink...a friend was in there when I was in drive thru and didn't know it, told him what happened he stated to me that he got his discount and free drink...I have always love this location because it is close to my house.“

“The young lady on the register knew what she was doing. The gentleman making the sandwiches confirmed my special order, which was unexpected teamwork. It was an amazing experience, not normal, for fast food. The quality of the meat was better than any other fast food place as well. I'll go back in a few days for the Turkey Gobbler with added bacon. It was that pleasant of an experience!“

“True to the brand with crunchy breaded chicken tenders, crunchy fried okra, and gallons of the sweetest tea, Chicken Express doesn’t disappoint. The food quality was great and they were keeping up though obviously a bit understaffed today. Overall a great place to get your chicken fix.“

CONs: this has to be the tightest seating in any fast food establishment, lady taking my order was really soft spoken so I couldn’t hear her very well throughout the ordering process, food was warm/ not hot“
