This Starbucks, located on the way to Eureka Springs, has mixed reviews. The manager is super nice, and the staff looks hard at work and are super nice. The atmosphere is nice and bright, and the store smells great. Coffee is always super yummy and made with lots of care. However, it is consistently one of the slowest Starbucks, with the drive-through line taking 30 minutes. A white chocolate mocha always takes 30 minutes, and the croissant is lukewarm with a watered-down taste. On a positive note, washrooms were clean, there is enough space for seating, and an Iced Horchata shaken expresso was well made with quick service.
