Mcdonalds is my regular Unsweet tea place. Just want yall to know the new clear straws are horriable. Please go back to old ones. Love the tea though.
I understand times are tough for all of us. yall get treated like crap sometimes and I get that. a job is a job but denying a homeless man water in this heat is insane. cussed out or not it's not right.

The morning crew is always friendly and pleasant, but the evening shift could definitely use some customer-service training.
I had a mobile order with missing items and was told they couldn’t issue a refund. Then there’s the creamer situation. I asked for a specific amount, and after three failed attempts at ordering, I finally asked for even more. Still got ONE creamer. 😂
