Taco Bell is a popular fast-food restaurant that offers a variety of Mexican-inspired dishes. Although they may experience high demand during peak hours, their staff works hard to meet customer needs. The Cantina chicken soft taco and the Cantina chicken burrito are standout items on the menu, showcasing amazing flavor with additions like guacamole salsa and pica de gallo. The drive-thru service is efficient, with friendly staff members who take pride in providing excellent customer care. Customers have noted that the restaurant is always clean and smells good, with bathrooms that are well-maintained.
Many regulars appreciate the new Cantina chicken menu, finding it to be some of the best-tasting food offered. The prices on this special menu are higher than the basic Taco Bell options, but the unique ingredients like purple cabbage and Chipotle sauce make it worthwhile. The restaurant has also improved its food preparation, now providing a decent amount of meat in their items and remaking orders when they are incorrect. While some customers have mentioned the drink prices being a bit high, the overall experience at Taco Bell is positive, whether dining in or using the drive-thru for a quick meal.
