I'm aware that many would average the individual star ratings and come to a judgement of 2-stars. My order was to-go so I could care less about atmosphere and what is service but irrelevant when it's just an uneventful payment for an order? I just wanted to see if it had improved and it was saddening that the biscuit was dry and so was the nuggets. The girl at the counter acted like she didn't want to be there and it was snail pace service. Will not waste my money .
