They spend millions of dollars on upgrades to the franchise, yet they can't seem to fix the headsets. they get my order wrong evrrytime because of miscommunication.
There is no point of getting my hot food to me in under two minutes if you are going to park me for TEN MINUTES to bring out my iced mocha and hot Caramel Machiato!!!!
Then when your runner brings my drinks to me all he says is “Sorry, we are understaffed today.”
Then when I ask him what he is going to do to make this right his response is “Sorry there is nothing I can do”.
