But *the manager needs to attend to the machines customers use for ordering, if it is experiencing technical difficulties then put a sign up so customers can go to one that works.
* ALWAYS have cup carriers in stock. (I had 6 drinks to carry plus my bag of food, hearing that you don't have cup carriers was a downer)
* When a customer request NO TOMATO be respectful and DON'T add two slices. (There is a possibility a customer is allergic to something and request it to be subtracted *just saying)“

The cooks are better here and good as these recipes is better prepared, fresher and reliably tastier.
I don't really care for most of these new things. I think it distracts from the basic restaurant.
They sometimes do and don't have music in in the parking lot.
And they serve all kinds of people quickly and effectively all the times they are open.
They have multiple stations for you to drop off trash.
The kiosks all work for ordering and banking.
I have never had any problems here if any kind. And this is the one my Mom prefers and she knows the guy who started this chain at all!

“First off let's realize this is a relative review. We're talking about Sonic a fast food restaurant. So when I say the food is five stars I'm saying the food is good for a fast food restaurant. When I say the atmosphere is five stars I'm saying it's good for a place where you actually park your car in a stall and never step inside. But when I say the service is good at this particular location I'm saying the service is good for any kind of restaurant that's not a Michelin. The kids they employ here are always respectful and get your order right. That's saying a lot in today's world especially for sonics and other fast food establishments.“
“Went after school to grab some drinks for me and my family. The guy forgot to give me my card back and when I came back was estatic to see us back. He was very kind and returned the card with gift vouchers. Love this sonic so much always a good time“
“I go by this sonic pretty frequently and in the past few months I have seen an improvement in speed in the past I would go and it would take almost 20 minutes to get my order out but now they are very quick. Also Kara helps me in the drivethrough almost everytime and she is the sweetest. Also my order has never been wrong at this location“
“Jaxson handled the most difficult customer I have ever witnessed. The customer took full advantage and had the carhop going back and forth for free drink samples. I stayed and watch Jaxson go back and forth several times with a smile still on his face, going above and beyond to satisfy this customer. The guy was still there after I finished my meal, being rude and condescending with Jaxson. It was clear the customer just wanted free stuff but this Sonic handled it like a champ!“
“Had a concern about a sandwich we got yesterday that wasn't up to our beloved Sonic standards. Called and talked to Manager Casey just to help out their continued great service and products. She was very kind and I'm glad I called. Nice job, Casey. We'll be back soon.“
“I got the fried pickles spears again. Second time I was disappointed. I absolutely loved their pickleos and used to get them nearly every day way back in high school. But unfortunately these are not the same they are very limp not crisp at all but the flavor is okay.But the staff are friendly, the atmosphere is nice. And as always the vanilla Cherry Cokes are the bomb! Especially during happy hour.“
