“Normally every time I go, I have a wonderful experience picking up drinks and the customer service is wonderful. However, this morning I had my first bad experience here. I normally never leave a bad review because I also work in customer service with very demanding clientele, so I understand it can be tiring. I put in a mobile order this morning, and it said it would be ready at 10:52, so when I pulled up at 10:52 to pick it up, I thought there’d be no problem. The parking lot was next to empty, there was no one in front or behind me in line, so I was fine to wait if they needed more time preparing it. Again, I did come at the time the app specified. The girl asked quite rudely “can I help you”, and I told her I was picking up for Ellie. When I came around, she interrupted me saying “good morning” to again rudely ask if I wanted straws, and then give me the drinks a moment later. She then, for whatever reason she thought it was appropriate, told me “it’d be great if you could wait to come to give us more time”. Now if I had arrived significantly early, I would understand. But it was the angry tone in which she said it, and the fact that I arrived when the app said to. She also forgot two items of my order, and I had to rush to remind her before she closed the window on me. She had very light hair, I’m not sure what her name was. Again I usually have a good experience, which I why I didn’t give a bad star rating, because I don’t want to hurt the other baristas who are so wonderful.“

I have been to many coffee shops across 32 states. The service at your coffee shop exceeded my expectations.
I ordered for a regular ice tea. There was a bit of delay (a minute or so which is insignificant) in getting my coffee. Hailey offered me a gift card along with my tea. I politely refuse since I didn’t feel I earned it and the mistake didn’t warrant one. But it did leave me with a great impression about the store, the staff and the overall experience. Hailey and other team members deserve to be recognized for the outstanding work they have been doing.

“Great friendly service. I wanted something different than a coffee on this day, and asked for suggestions. I'm glad I did. The lady who took my order fixed me a delicious tea with hibiscus and vanilla in it along with something else I cannot remember. It was delicious and she was super friendly and fast. I don't go to Starbucks often because of the price I usually get my coffee at scooters but on this day I felt like splurging a little . Always a friendly place to go.“
“I am one of those whose drink order is customize ie complicated. My friend is the same. This os one of two locations that always gets our order right!!!!! We love them. We go once to twice a day some days so....... I can tell by looking at my usual order if they got it right or wrong.“
“This location is amazing. Shout out to the openers this morning who were that at 730 ready to go! I ordered a drink and a sandwich and I left without grabbing the sandwich. It was my mistake! I work as a daycare teacher and reaching out to them at that time was not possible. I let my coworker know that I forgot it. She was nice enough to call them for me and see if she could grab it. They let her! She brought it to me and it was hot and fresh. So thank you to this location for the amazing service! I started going right before Christmas because of the gift cards. I am more of a Dunkin girl but this Starbucks will be my new spot. You guys made my day and I am so appreciative! if you need a coffee this place is the place to go!“

Parking: The parking is directly outside of the Starbucks.
Kid-friendliness: They did not care if you had an annoying kid they would treat you the same.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are a few ramps to get into the building.“
“We're such a silly bunch, paying almost $10. for a coffee and not blinking an eye. Crazy. Yet there is a line up, parking lot is full. Their sweets are good. Some of the drink choices are desserts too. Barista chat is entertaining, service with a smile, tip jar prevalent. Ours is an interesting culture, with an American micro - society just on the other side of a Starbucks' front door.“
“This is my favorite starbucks. The baristas are always superb and incredibly helpful. I've never had an incorrect drink order, and I visit 3 - 4 times a week. The parking lot is a little difficult to navigate when it's busy, but it's not bad at all outside of high traffic hours. Even ordering inside, I've never waited longer than 10 minutes, even for a large order. Tip your baristas! They deserve it!“
