“Would like to give mention to the wonderful staff here, adding spotlight to barista, MaryLynn! Stopped by on my way to work for a salted caramel cold brew and bacon Gouda for my son. I’ve never been a fan of traditional, iced coffee for they were too weak for my taste. So when cold brews were released, they are something I order from here religiously, staying in what I call, “my safe zone”. Outside of the lavender matcha, it’s hard for me to venture outside of my usual, for I’m not keen on the thought of spending upwards of $7 for something I may not like. I had been eyeing the newly released, “Iced Ubé Coconut Macchiato”. However, coconut can often times be an overwhelming flavor so I was hesitant to try. Fortunately for me that day, MaryLynn was gracious enough to craft me up a sample. When I say, “craft” this gal put her heart and soul into this beverage. Being the Libra I am, visual representation is equally as important to me as the flavor. The fact she took the time to make it to perfection deserves a gold metal! And the flavor!!! WHOAH! The Ubé is mild, the coffee lightly sweet and rich and the coconut was warm and toasty, not overbearing, at all! Those flavors together, along with the beauty of this drink were pure heaven! You know, simple gestures like this make a lasting impression. Several days ago I stopped by another Starbucks location off 24th around 2pm when they were slow and not only did the barista decline making this sample, the tone in which she spoke to me was as though they couldn’t be bothered. It’s not like I’m out here hustling samples but I would hope Starbucks could accommodate to making their customers feel valued, especially if it brings them business. So far, the service has been exceptional at both this and the Classen location. Although Starbucks still gets my business at the end of the day, I believe you can never put a price on humbling yourself and being a good steward to your fellow neighbor. So again, MaryLynn I wanted to let you know that you are making a difference in a positive way and that’s all the world really needs right now. We need healing and this drink and your kindness, did it for me that day. As for the store, baristas were all smiles, storefront clean, even the restroom.“
“Always prompt with my mobile orders, always polite in the drive thru!
Also, I absolutely LOVE that this Starbucks went with a TON of native, drought-tolerant pollinator supportive landscaping. I actually bring my kids here, out of my way, so we can get cake pops. While waiting in the drive thru, we watch all the butterflies, honey bees, and hover flies go from flower to flower from the comfort of our vehicle 🤩“
“Exceptional service! Even when swamped, staff is attentive and courteous! Accidentally placed my order at another location in which they offered to make my order, no questions asked. I’ve been here a time or two before and staff is always kind and store is always very clean. As a bonus, they even take their used coffee grounds and bundle them up nice and neat, sealed with an educational compost sticker. These are kept by the door for customers. As an avid gardener who’s picked up grounds from Starbucks before, this is a very thoughtful gesture for it sure beats picking them up in a trash bag!! Just wow!! Thank you :)“
“No complaints about my order, I ordered t usual espresso frappe and the service was nice. I cannot give a honest review about the atmosphere due to this particular location being basically drive-thru. I got out the car and walked to the bldg as if it were a typical Starbucks and like I usually walk in to order. I was shocked when I walked up to the bldg and realized it’s not your typical Starbucks. You can walk up as if it’s Dutch Bros and order at the window. I’m just accustomed to Starbucks having an indoor area for customers. I’ve never been to a Starbucks like this before. Even the Starbucks in Dallas off of Stemmons Fwy, they have it set up to where the customers can come inside and order. It isn’t a sit down place there either, but at least the customers can come inside away from the outside elements ie rain, heat, and cold.“
“I wanted to share to actual Starbucks so the employee could be praised but I’ll put it here in hopes that it gets to the right person! I’m so sad I didn’t grab her name but she had a beautiful shade of green in her hair and was working the closing shift at this location.
We arrived 15 minutes until closing last night 1/9/26 and felt bad about being “those people” lol but she was kind and said not a problem at all! We ordered our drinks and she even brought them over to us. She was so kind and honestly, my husband and I agreed, that those drinks were made with love! Best drinks we’ve had at a Starbucks in awhile! Thank you for being so kind to us even at closing time!“
“Have been a student here for 5 years now and this is my FAVORITE place to go get coffee. They really take time to know their customers and they are the nicest people on campus. Highly recommend to everyone!! You will NOT be disappointed! 10/10!!“
“I usually come to this Starbucks a couple of times per month as it is about 1 1/2 hours from my home. Have to admit, today’s service has been amazing, a vast improvement from times before. From the cashier to the barista, they provided a welcoming experience and got my order right! Thank you!“
“Great experience at this shop on Friday (13 Mar). The morning shift was small (2 people) but mighty taking care of all of the orders. I really appreciated the recommendations on my order and the staff was enthusiastic, polite, and a joy to interact with. I unfortunately didn't get both names (totally my bad) but there was the lady with a green face mask and young man (Brandon or Brayden?). Really appreciate the experience especially before a 12 hour drive.“
