Starbucks in Edmond

“It's lovely that they brought out the original 1971 dark roast. We can appreciate how far they've come on roasting to bring out the different beans' characterstics instead of just creating a bold backdrop for all of the coffee flavored milkshakes they are known for.

I ordered a tall black cup to try, fully anticipating it would be over roasted for my taste. I was spot on. I love Starbucks coffees but not this one.

This coffee is not a deal breaker, as a modern Starbucks fan! Merely expanding my personal taste coffee profile experience.

The restroom was sparkling clean, the parking lot ample, the service friendly.“

“Went here to get a matcha custom made and they have changed the taste! It wasn't blended well as requested and they used regularly milk instead of the almond milk requested but was charged for the almond milk. I'm lactose intolerant and stated as such when I returned to get an exchange but said they couldn't refund me or re-make thr drinks unless i.paod for another drink. I found that to be ridiculous...won't come to this location again!“

“This is officially my new favorite Starbucks, and every time I travel through this area, I’ll be back.

First of all, the location itself is excellent. Easy access right off the freeway, plenty of parking, wheelchair accessible, and the entire property looked extremely well maintained. No trash outside, modern design, clean landscaping, and you can tell the team takes pride in keeping the place looking great.

When I walked inside, I was actually the only customer there, which made for an awesome experience. Chloe greeted me immediately with a huge smile and was incredibly friendly. Starbucks employees are usually strong when it comes to customer service, but Chloe stood out.

She helped me pick out items to eat now and later and made the whole interaction feel personal instead of transactional.

Then she completely changed my Starbucks life...

I paid with my credit card, and she told me I could still scan my Starbucks app to earn points 🤯 Somehow I never knew this, so apparently I’ve been missing points for years. I told her she had officially changed my life 😂

I stepped away for just a couple of minutes to wash my hands and freshen up (and for travelers, restrooms matter). The restroom was spotless, fully stocked, and well maintained. When I came back out, everything was already packed and ready to go.

I started taking pictures for my Google review and told the team not to mind me. Instead of acting awkward, they got excited and even wanted to be part of it. Huge shout out to Chloe, Abby, and Armando—seriously one of the best teams I’ve experienced in a long time.

The indoor seating was spacious, the patio looked great, and even though I don’t know how busy this location usually gets, having a calm visit with outstanding service made this stop memorable.

Starbucks does a good job in general, but this location did it exceptionally well.

“Chloe is amazing! I asked for a specific drink and she filled me in that that is no longer made. She made as close as she could and said if I didn’t like it, she would fix it. She did have to fix it, but made a drink better than I could expect. She showed kindness with a smile. We drive from Yukon to go to the specific location and I will for sure be doing this many more times in the future because of her. Thank you, Chloe! You’re much appreciated.“

“I did an to go order on line, I got a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino Blended and it taste absolutely amazing. Ordering was quick and easy, staff were professional and friendly. The atmosphere at Star Bucks is on of my favorite things about Star Bucks, the smell of espresso/coffee and it’s very calming.“

“We recently moved here from Virginia and ended up living close to this Starbucks. My daughter and I have a Friday morning routine before school, and honestly, we were concerned it wouldn’t match the experience we had back home. We were completely wrong.

This place has heart. Every time we walk in, the energy is consistently positive and welcoming. The staff is outstanding, and that’s not said lightly. They’re attentive, friendly, and genuinely care.

Management stands out as well. Down-to-earth, engaging, and it’s clear they take care of both their team and their customers. That shows in every interaction.

“I was on a mission to find the famous Unicorn Frappuccino 🦄💗 and this little Starbucks came through!

The drink was… honestly, pretty good! 😂 But what really made this visit was the cozy vibe. It’s a small location, but super welcoming, clean, and the staff was so nice. Definitely a cute Starbucks worth stopping by! ☕✨“

“We're such a silly bunch, paying almost $10. for a coffee and not blinking an eye. Crazy. Yet there is a line up, parking lot is full. Their sweets are good. Some of the drink choices are desserts too. Barista chat is entertaining, service with a smile, tip jar prevalent. Ours is an interesting culture, with an American micro - society just on the other side of a Starbucks' front door.“

“This location is amazing. Shout out to the openers this morning who were that at 730 ready to go! I ordered a drink and a sandwich and I left without grabbing the sandwich. It was my mistake! I work as a daycare teacher and reaching out to them at that time was not possible. I let my coworker know that I forgot it. She was nice enough to call them for me and see if she could grab it. They let her! She brought it to me and it was hot and fresh. So thank you to this location for the amazing service! I started going right before Christmas because of the gift cards. I am more of a Dunkin girl but this Starbucks will be my new spot. You guys made my day and I am so appreciative! if you need a coffee this place is the place to go!“

“Went to this location on 5/25/26 at 7:57 pm. The kind barista who made my matcha explained how they make it, and why other locations may taste different. When I say this was the best Matcha, I’ve had in my 22 years of life. Also the service and kindness of explanation made my experience so much better. Please give this employee kudos ♥“
