“This is officially my new favorite Starbucks, and every time I travel through this area, I’ll be back.

First of all, the location itself is excellent. Easy access right off the freeway, plenty of parking, wheelchair accessible, and the entire property looked extremely well maintained. No trash outside, modern design, clean landscaping, and you can tell the team takes pride in keeping the place looking great.

When I walked inside, I was actually the only customer there, which made for an awesome experience. Chloe greeted me immediately with a huge smile and was incredibly friendly. Starbucks employees are usually strong when it comes to customer service, but Chloe stood out.

She helped me pick out items to eat now and later and made the whole interaction feel personal instead of transactional.

Then she completely changed my Starbucks life...

I paid with my credit card, and she told me I could still scan my Starbucks app to earn points 🤯 Somehow I never knew this, so apparently I’ve been missing points for years. I told her she had officially changed my life 😂

I stepped away for just a couple of minutes to wash my hands and freshen up (and for travelers, restrooms matter). The restroom was spotless, fully stocked, and well maintained. When I came back out, everything was already packed and ready to go.

I started taking pictures for my Google review and told the team not to mind me. Instead of acting awkward, they got excited and even wanted to be part of it. Huge shout out to Chloe, Abby, and Armando—seriously one of the best teams I’ve experienced in a long time.

The indoor seating was spacious, the patio looked great, and even though I don’t know how busy this location usually gets, having a calm visit with outstanding service made this stop memorable.

“Chloe is amazing! I asked for a specific drink and she filled me in that that is no longer made. She made as close as she could and said if I didn’t like it, she would fix it. She did have to fix it, but made a drink better than I could expect. She showed kindness with a smile. We drive from Yukon to go to the specific location and I will for sure be doing this many more times in the future because of her. Thank you, Chloe! You’re much appreciated.“

“Came in, drained and hungry after hours of sitting at the dealership and some poor life choices. VIRGINIA AND ASH, fabulous young ladies. They listened to my sad day and helped me with my order. Best Starbucks experience. Ash is famous for her chai. Virginia brought me the tastiest little croissant. Fab experience.“

“Went to this location on 5/25/26 at 7:57 pm. The kind barista who made my matcha explained how they make it, and why other locations may taste different. When I say this was the best Matcha, I’ve had in my 22 years of life. Also the service and kindness of explanation made my experience so much better. Please give this employee kudos ♥“

“Went here to get a matcha custom made and they have changed the taste! It wasn't blended well as requested and they used regularly milk instead of the almond milk requested but was charged for the almond milk. I'm lactose intolerant and stated as such when I returned to get an exchange but said they couldn't refund me or re-make thr drinks unless i.paod for another drink. I found that to be ridiculous...won't come to this location again!“

“Normally every time I go, I have a wonderful experience picking up drinks and the customer service is wonderful. However, this morning I had my first bad experience here. I normally never leave a bad review because I also work in customer service with very demanding clientele, so I understand it can be tiring. I put in a mobile order this morning, and it said it would be ready at 10:52, so when I pulled up at 10:52 to pick it up, I thought there’d be no problem. The parking lot was next to empty, there was no one in front or behind me in line, so I was fine to wait if they needed more time preparing it. Again, I did come at the time the app specified. The girl asked quite rudely “can I help you”, and I told her I was picking up for Ellie. When I came around, she interrupted me saying “good morning” to again rudely ask if I wanted straws, and then give me the drinks a moment later. She then, for whatever reason she thought it was appropriate, told me “it’d be great if you could wait to come to give us more time”. Now if I had arrived significantly early, I would understand. But it was the angry tone in which she said it, and the fact that I arrived when the app said to. She also forgot two items of my order, and I had to rush to remind her before she closed the window on me. She had very light hair, I’m not sure what her name was. Again I usually have a good experience, which I why I didn’t give a bad star rating, because I don’t want to hurt the other baristas who are so wonderful.“

“I did an to go order on line, I got a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino Blended and it taste absolutely amazing. Ordering was quick and easy, staff were professional and friendly. The atmosphere at Star Bucks is on of my favorite things about Star Bucks, the smell of espresso/coffee and it’s very calming.“

“We're such a silly bunch, paying almost $10. for a coffee and not blinking an eye. Crazy. Yet there is a line up, parking lot is full. Their sweets are good. Some of the drink choices are desserts too. Barista chat is entertaining, service with a smile, tip jar prevalent. Ours is an interesting culture, with an American micro - society just on the other side of a Starbucks' front door.“

“This location is amazing. Shout out to the openers this morning who were that at 730 ready to go! I ordered a drink and a sandwich and I left without grabbing the sandwich. It was my mistake! I work as a daycare teacher and reaching out to them at that time was not possible. I let my coworker know that I forgot it. She was nice enough to call them for me and see if she could grab it. They let her! She brought it to me and it was hot and fresh. So thank you to this location for the amazing service! I started going right before Christmas because of the gift cards. I am more of a Dunkin girl but this Starbucks will be my new spot. You guys made my day and I am so appreciative! if you need a coffee this place is the place to go!“
