We found this gem traveling across country. We had dinner with locals, cooked by the owners son. We ate a sample of the slaw and chili that goes on top of a hotdog, The Coney, very good.
On recommendation of local, we ordered a Fried Onion Burger and shared fries, and lemonade, all very good.

Very enjoyable, old time diner experience. Great burgers and the service was great. The kitchen itself was a little run down, but the employees did their best with what they have.

3 very young men behind the counter, very friendly. I was immediately asked if I had been there before, I hadn’t, and was told that the chili and coleslaw were particularly good. As I was trying to decide what to order, he served me a “sample” of the chili and coleslaw (who does that anymore ?). Both were very good, I even bought a cup of chili to go.
