Arby's is a well-managed restaurant with hot and fresh food, friendly employees, and a clean environment. Customers appreciate the super friendly staff that greets them warmly and offers excellent service. The brisket sandwich is highly recommended, along with the tasty curly fries. Some customers noted that the food can be average, but many enjoyed the warm and flavorful curly fries and the overall atmosphere. One customer praised the manager for maintaining very clean restrooms and professional staff. Others experienced wait times but appreciated the friendly service once attended to. A few found that sometimes the food, like the Gyro meal and turkey wrap, was not up to standard, with issues like warm drinks and out-of-stock items. Despite this, many still consider Arby's a favorite for quick meals. Overall, the restaurant provides a welcoming environment and a menu with popular options like the brisket sandwich and curly fries.
