We thought we’d try a new place, but when we got inside, it had a funny smell. We went in and had the hibachi meal and afterwards my daughter was sick from the food. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone. Very pricey too.

The Factory #1 Bento Box is the best deal going-$14, and you get a crap ton of good, but it's a little bit of everything but better than most. Plus soup and salad. Sushi was interesting, not my fav, but my hubs enjoyed it. The chicken and shrimp were both flavorful and tender. Bang bang shrimp was quite good too! I'd be back.

Love this place! The food is always so delicious. I was disappointed when ordering the wontons because they come with some red sauce inside. Or something that makes the cream cheese red. But I heard the adult behind us order them with cream cheese only and will be doing that next time. I got the hibachi chicken. I cannot remember what sushi he got. Something with large shrimp.
I hate giving bad reviews, but this one was not good. At all. Ordered a pick up, we live 15-20min away, and were told it would be ready in exactly that time frame. Got the food home, and the hot food was cold plus the fried things mushy, the cold items(i.e. raw fish of all things) was warm, cucumber slices limp and slimy, avocado brown and that was just the Chinese food, the chicken tenders for my kid were literally rock solid, fries semi-raw and yeah…. Just when it couldn’t get worse, the portion we did eat gave us food poisoning. So, I truly do not recommend and would honestly caution anyone and everyone against going there, or at least doing a pickup order through them. So not worth the little over $100 we spent for 2 adults and 1 small 5yo.
