Was in there yesterday. Went through drive. Had a wonderful young lady by the name of Stephanie take my order. Very friendly and helpful. Best customer service I have had !
PATIENCE AT YOUR LOVES LOCATION IN GUTHERIE IS SO SWEET AND KNOWLEDGEABLE! This was our first time ever at a Carls Jr and if you could guarantee every location had their own Patience at the counter greeting us, I’d never miss a stop! ❤️

Carl's Jr. is a clean and friendly restaurant that offers hot and fresh food. Customers appreciate the fast and helpful staff, with some mentioning especially kind employees who made their experience enjoyable. The restaurant is well-maintained, with clean seats, tables, and floors, even during busy times. Many reviews highlight the quality of the food, such as the burgers and the grilled chicken Swiss bacon club, which can be ordered as a lettuce wrap for those with wheat allergies. The service is generally efficient, and the staff communicates well to ensure guests are served promptly. However, there are occasional issues, such as rude behavior from some staff members, which can affect the experience. Overall, Carl's Jr. is a good stop for tasty meals when in a hurry, especially along I35, where the staff's professionalism and cleanliness stand out. It is a convenient choice for travelers and locals alike seeking quick, reliable service.
