“A gentleman named Caleb helped me with my order, there was a missing pie and I forgot to tell them I needed an extra Happy Meal, but my order was so messed up mostly because I ordered for so many people and got mixed up. But this young man Caleb helped me figure out what I really needed for my van full of people and apologized for the missing pie and made it right in no time. The ice tastes a little off, but everyone in Guthrie is experiencing this right now. Good job Guthrie McDonald's and thank you Caleb. Excellent customer service from this store !“
