I was afraid it was going to be like eating a chunk of gorgonzola but it wasn't at all. We started with the complementary bruschetta pieces which had so much delicious garlic on the bread it was like a piece of heaven. The tomatoes were nicely seasoned with balsamic vinegar but it was just enough to give a great flavor. Crab cakes were meaty, flaky, and tender. They were also a hearty size so next time I may have to partake of them as the entree.“

He then took our pizza order. Our appetizers arrived warm not hot like they had been setting on the counter too long. We eat them and just thought they are a little busy, no harm. 20 min later our pizza was brought out. The crust was warm and the toppings were cold. We told our waiter and he went and got the manager who said do you want to box it up and take it home and warm it up? I told him no and he came back I will give it to you for free. I again said no I will pay for my beer, wife’s drink and raviolis. The manager would hardly make eye contact with my with and I and when he laid the bill on the table he said sorry as he walked off. “I had a small order of cheese dippers with pepperoni and 10 boneless buffalo wings. i started out with the cheese sticks, and after I finished them, I was still hungry so I bought a 5 piece order of boneless wings with the mild buffalo sauce. The wings were so good that I had to have another order. I jokingly asked the guy who took my order if the sauce had any crack in it, who I made him laugh. This location has a nice cozy vibe, and is quite pleasant.“

Nice selection of foods like salads or subs+fries and of course Pizza, is a semi Pricey place but it's nice. Normally do pickups here and staff are quick and friendly. Parking varies depending on day/time but normally a spot or two is open

When you arrive early there's a bench you can rest on and wait which is very nice, however being a light dude the bench slowly bends into place and honestly is seen better days and Is ready to be replaced. Plus side, outlet is right behind it and pretty useful while you wait for your order and can charge your device or such.

Its not the same as I remember, but it was still good. I had a 9 year hiatus in military and didn't order for a couple of years. The original mazzios crust was different.“

“I’ve dined at Villa Ravenna nearly ten times, and until my most recent visit, every experience has been exceptional. The food has always been outstanding—beautifully prepared, consistently delicious, and well worth the price. When I dine at Villa Ravenna, I’m not just paying for a meal; I’m paying for the entire experience: the ambiance, the attention to detail, the hospitality, the desserts, coffee, limoncello, and the little touches that make the restaurant special.

Because of those consistently excellent experiences, I felt compelled to share feedback about my visit last Friday.

First, the food was excellent, as always. There were absolutely no complaints regarding the quality of the meal. The issue was simply that the service did not match the standard I have come to expect from Villa Ravenna.

The service wasn’t bad. In fact, it was still above average. However, there were several missed opportunities that made the experience feel less polished than usual.

Early in the meal, I dropped my fork. Our server immediately said she would bring a replacement, but when she returned she had forgotten it. This wasn’t a major issue—everyone makes mistakes—but it was the first indication that details were being missed. When I asked if I could borrow a fork from a nearby table, she immediately remembered and apologized.

Later, one member of my party finished both their water and beverage. Our server visited the table multiple times without acknowledging the empty glasses or offering refills. Eventually my guest had to request another drink. Again, not a major problem, but not what I’ve come to expect from a restaurant operating at this level.

I do want to recognize something the server handled very well. A member of my party accidentally ordered the wrong menu item. When we realized the mistake and explained it to her, she was gracious, understanding, and accommodating. There was no frustration or attitude whatsoever, and I genuinely appreciated how professionally she handled the situation.

Overall, this was not a bad experience. It was still a good dining experience at a restaurant I genuinely enjoy. My concern is simply that the service fell short of the standard Villa Ravenna has established over the years. I frequently recommend this restaurant to friends and family, and on this occasion I felt the overall experience for my guests was somewhat diminished by several avoidable service lapses.

I am sharing this feedback because I care about the restaurant and want to see it maintain the consistency and excellence that have kept me coming back. I fully intend to return. I simply believe that when guests are paying for a premium dining experience, both the food and the service should consistently reflect that standard.“

“While its not 100% the same as the old Sbarro we grew up on in the malls across the country, its mighty close and inside a pretty cool little gas station. This one uses a small conveyer belt oven vs the old school deck oven so it’s not a crispy bottom as a NY Style should be. That being said, the smell was amazing and the selection of slices ready to go was good. I worked in the mall pizza business for Sbarro’s biggest competition for years and im very familiar with their various setups. This one is ran nicely and up to spec as it should be. Good food, friendly staff, and it’s fast.“
