Cafe Coyote offers delicious enchiladas with mild green sauce, tasty red salsa, and amazing margaritas and Mexican beers. The pollo Hawaiian and pollo feliz are moist, tender, and perfectly sauced. Friendly staff and a cute, clean restaurant make it a highly recommended spot. Though crowded with tight booths, the awesome food and drinks are worth it.
