“we've been ordering from here as opposed to the other Lawton option for a good reason. Today, for the first time EVER, received an undercooked pizza. I called it in, and the lady on the phone (manager? I did not ask her name) was so contrite and kind that made it super easy to talk with her. I do not know her but it was as if I was speaking to a good friend and I appreciate that level of customer service. There are MANY times where you see the metle of an establishment over the RARE times there is a mistep. Don't hesitate to order from this pizza hut. over the past three years, they are 95% of the time consistent and high quality. this is the ONLY time we had an issue and it was resolved with genuine concern. Thank you!“

“I have now utilized this facility several times; and without a miss, always greeted with a smiling face every time I come up to the drive-thru window. The food is always hot and delicious. I have yet to have a wrong order or missing/incorrect items. All I have to say to the staff of this establishment is keep up the hard word and dedication you put in every day. I would 100% recommend them!“
“If I could, I would give this restaurant's trio of excellence ten stars. After THREE frustrating experiences with management and staff at the Ft Sill Rd location, this location took care of me QUICKLY AND FAIRLY. Managers Tori and Nick were attentive, supportive, and PROFESSIONAL while assisting me with occurrances at SOMEONE ELSE'S RESTAURANT. Employee Josh was friendly and engaging, showing the same level of customer service as his managers.
I APPRECIATE ALL THREE OF THEM! They corrected a situation that they had no part in creating.... that is well above what I could have asked.

“I never go in. I order online and pick up in drive thru but the food is always good.
My order: Large Stuffed Crust Super Supreme
My only complaint is that I order a $25.00 large stuffed crust and they wanna charge me $1.50 each for 2oz cups of marinara sauce???
By the time im done getting sauce and my pizza its $35.00+ and I think thats crazy for 1 pizza...
But this is the place near my house. I'd have to drive across town (and often do) to get a cheaper deal!“
