Pizza Hut in Lawton

“I ordered the cheese sticks, 2 personal pan pizzas, and cinnamon rolls. When the order was picked up I went to grab one to eat on they way home. They were cold and hard. I checked the rest of the order and they were great. So I just went ahead and went home. I didn't want the rest to get cold while waiting. I wasn't upset so I didn't call but I am sure they would have replaced them if I said something. This was not the first time that is the only reason I said it.“

“I have now utilized this facility several times; and without a miss, always greeted with a smiling face every time I come up to the drive-thru window. The food is always hot and delicious. I have yet to have a wrong order or missing/incorrect items. All I have to say to the staff of this establishment is keep up the hard word and dedication you put in every day. I would 100% recommend them!“

“Visted Location on Saturday 04/26 at 8:15 PM and order was 27.22 picked order up in drive through and sadly I dont leave tips when I pick order up myself but an amount was adjusted to 32.11 and spoken to Manager and she refunded the Tip off. Hope person is held Accountable.“

“If I could, I would give this restaurant's trio of excellence ten stars. After THREE frustrating experiences with management and staff at the Ft Sill Rd location, this location took care of me QUICKLY AND FAIRLY. Managers Tori and Nick were attentive, supportive, and PROFESSIONAL while assisting me with occurrances at SOMEONE ELSE'S RESTAURANT. Employee Josh was friendly and engaging, showing the same level of customer service as his managers.

I APPRECIATE ALL THREE OF THEM! They corrected a situation that they had no part in creating.... that is well above what I could have asked.
