Pizza Hut in Oklahoma City

“I meant to do a review yesterday. I ordered fries yesterday I didn't know they had a lemon pepper fries they were amazing thank you so much. Customer Service was excellent and the remainder of the order I didn't have enough for the fries a cashier Jeremy was so sweet and paid for it then he put the change to the side for whoever wouldn't need it. So thoughtful and filled with integrity I love this place it's my new Pizza Hut.......“

“My spouse and I order pizza over the phone and the guy on the phone was very nice and the delivery guy was also very nice as well. Also waiting for our pizza to be delivered was on time and didn't take long to deliver our pizza. The pizza was also hot and delicious. “This is one of the best service when it comes to pizza hut done in. We came in with a free pizza coupon and treated like anyone else that was buying a pizza. The manager GM Mark, and manager Joy, and CRS Mary was such a delight. We will definitely be returning. God bless them and their restaurant.“

“I had a delivery order. The app said the driver was on the way so I expected my pizza to arrive fairly quickly because I live really close (maybe 1.5 miles). Waiting for 30 minutes just felt wrong like something happened to the driver. I called the location to ask about the status. The manager did not know that the driver had already taken my order to be delivered so she stated that she is working on a really big order and when it was done, she would bring the pizza herself. I agreed to that and hung up. Right after hanging up, the driver was at my door with the pizza. Based on the urgency of the driver, I could tell she was doing the best she can. I told her thank you and to let the manager know what happened. The pizza was great, the driver was friendly even though she was super busy, and the manager at the store was offering her personal time to get the food to me. I could hear all the people in the background being super busy. This is why I gave them all 5 stars.“

“This is my favorite pizza hut location... Great customer service and the food is always fresh... I ordered the personal pizzas, one with chicken and the other with sausage... I also ordered a meat lovers melt... The food was great and it's definitely a must try for sure 😁❤️“
