I had a delivery order. The app said the driver was on the way so I expected my pizza to arrive fairly quickly because I live really close (maybe 1.5 miles). Waiting for 30 minutes just felt wrong like something happened to the driver. I called the location to ask about the status. The manager did not know that the driver had already taken my order to be delivered so she stated that she is working on a really big order and when it was done, she would bring the pizza herself. Fast and fresh!
I came here for a supreme pizza I got a medium one there was no toppings on it there was hardly any cheese and it was dry as hell. I'm requesting a refund having a hard time. The cost of this medium dry Pizza was over $22. It will definitely be godfather's for me the next time 👍
The manager did give me a full refund I definitely appreciate that although it was a hassle.
