Honestly the biggest issue is the time wasted there. The location is super busy but even then it’s unusual how long it takes. I ordered from the app back home, drove to the restaurant and still waited a total of 15 minutes inside just to get three items. The staff were respectful and but understaffed for sure.
We had a wonderful experience with fast and friendly customer service. We ordered for several people at once and everything was spot on with no hiccups. We'll be back again for nachos and desserts! Great team.
Customer service is always good when I go, however either they have a food shortage or something cause this time I ordered the chalupa meal and Barely got anything on it. So not impressed with my meal this go round.
