I spend so much money at this place but lately my orders have been messed up. If I make an app order...which I do 100% of the time...and check in. I shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes for my food when LILY has come up in the screen as being on her way with my order 15 minutes ago. This carhop wears me out. Love the people, the food isn't always the best, it happens. Today my bacon steak grilled cheese was made different, the beef was not shaved steak, but more important, smelled 'not fresh'. It tastes ok, but not as good as usual. Too many 'grilled(not)' onions.

I went to sonic, and Kayla was my car hop. She was so sweet and it was so nice of a change to have service with a smile vs the normal “get the food out and get on” attitudes that most carhops give me. This girl was working in the 100 heat that most wouldn’t enjoy but she still had a good attitude.
