“Everyone that works here is pretty great, if there's ever an issue it gets handled really quickly and there is rarely an issue to begin with. I really don't know how the employees put up with the way some of the customers berate them, it's pretty pathetic that so many grown adults come through there and verbally abuse people that are literally working to please them. Anyway, like I said, rarely any problems, if there is one it gets taken care of right away and the food is good.“

“I've been more pleased than not at the restaurant in Madill,OK. They are good at getting your order right and I've never had anything missing from my order, and I live in a small town and our fast food options are scarce so we eat here alot, the breakfast and chicken nuggets are mainly what we order, and it's always decent, and they don't try to chiast you on dipping sauce.“

The fries were old, so we requested fresh fries, the car hop worried me at first because she said ,"let me ask my manager." “I've been coming here since I was 18 now I'm 50 and they have great food great people with the nicest attitude the bestest shakes awesome service the timing on the food is not bad they are fast service I love the sonic and I get to know most all of them I spend so much time there love yall“
