I had a VERY minor issue and the team was absolutely wonderful. I didn’t get all of their names, but I mainly dealt with the manager Ashley and she was extremely kind and incredibly helpful. We go all of the time and always have such great customer service
the staff was rude and rushy, We had not been to Jimmy John's before and need to look over the menu, the staffs attitude was like we was taking to long and rude, the the sandwiches was good
