Best to not talk to any of the workers...
I go through the drive through and ordered 2 things. Two! And half my order is wrong. I didn’t order a bunch of stuff where oops we messed up something. Just two.
The problem is McDonald’s is too focused on their drive through speed and times they delete the order on their screen and hope that they will remember it when the car pulls up to the second window.

Cherish was the manager and was incredibly kind and helpful during my stay. She went above and beyond helping customers received their orders promptly and was always available to speak to anyone who had any questions or concerns, even when it was very busy.
