My drink was made incorrectly twice. When I told them about them not having syrup in the soda they told me I don’t know what you want me to do about it and walked away
Went to this location yesterday, drove home to realize I did not receive the food that I have purchased. I called the store back told them what happened and got asked if I had my receipt which I was never given one. I was told the only way that anything can be done is to drive all the way back to the store to replace the food but if I don’t then they won’t do anything. The lack of concern or helpfulness surprises me.
