Church's Chicken Reviews
Chicken strips were overcooked hard as a rock so hard had no filling inside and some were not fully cooked the new location is not as great as the old location. Staff didn’t seem too concerned about the food being served out when I returned with it. Ask three times for a side of gravy for the chicken strips and still didn’t receive it with so much going on with the order I didn’t even notice a waste of $ 40.00
It’s 9:00pm, not 10:00pm ...,With an hour left to be open, you should still be COOKING chicken!!! Not just trying to sell what is left. No strips, breasts, or wings!! Not acceptable!!
We were supposed to provide hamburgers for lunch at Gospel Rescue Mission this afternoon. we had a snafu and needed 100 pics of chicken in a hurry. Thank you Church's Chicken in Muskogee for hustling up 100 pieces of chicken on short notice!!! The folks at GRM loved it. #community #churchschickenmuskogee

Church's Texas Chicken is a newly opened location with a nice building, offering a clean and friendly environment. While the fried chicken has received mixed reviews, with some customers finding it tasteless and lacking crispy skin, others have enjoyed the bone-in chicken, especially those who like a spicy kick. The cheddapeno biscuits remain a highlight, although some customers have noted that the biscuits can be stale if they sit under the heat lamps for too long. There have been complaints about the sweet tea being watered down and limited diet drink options. Service has potential for improvement, as some customers noted they were not asked about their tender preferences, and there have been issues with understanding at the drive-thru. On the positive side, the staff has been praised for their incredible customer service, even accommodating large parties with care. The parking lot is also appreciated, featuring cement and painted lines, making it easy for customers to leave their cars temporarily. Despite concerns about rising prices since the new building opened, the overall dining experience has been enjoyable for some, although others feel the quality of food and service has declined since the restaurant's opening.
