“Tons of fries already cooked under the inadequate heat lamps meant cold fries for a lot of customers. I had to take mine back to the counter and holler for someone in the back who wasn't doing anything anyway to please get me some hot fries. They did and i was happy. Their cold fries taste nasty since they went to soy oil.“
“One of the managers, Troy was super kind and personable! One of the employees gave me the wrong drink when I ordered a coffee and when I told them this, they told me they ran out of the coffee and shut the window on me. They didn’t offer a different drink or anything, just shut the window. I’m not someone to make a scene so I drove home. When I called the restaurant, Troy was very kind and offered to make me a new coffee if I would be able to come back. I had been sick for a few days so the poor interaction and being dismissed after I paid for something that I wasn’t given kind of messed my day up. Then Troy made me feel much better with how they handled it and helped me by not making me feel like a burden. You can tell they care about their job!“
