“It was a busy Friday, but everything was on point. We used a deal on the app, and the whole experience was great. The fries were fresh, the chicken nuggets were extremely hot and tasted like they were just made. The dining area was very clean, and the overall place was well kept. If you’re looking for a McDonald’s that actually feels like the commercials, this is the spot.“
“This McD’s has the nicest employees. Almost everytime I order food here it’s through the app but going through the drive through is always a good experience because they are very friendly. I know they are very underpaid but still they always have the greatest smiles on their faces. Only problem I have ever had was receiving somewhat nasty and old tasting fries but other than that I appreciate the good service they provide. God bless them all!“
“Only giving this a 4 star because of the predicament the employees were put under.
Here’s what happened.
I ordered a $5 meal deal and asked for a water for my drink. I was told they can’t do that. I asked them why and they said it’s because the meal comes with specific drinks and water isn’t one of them.
The issue I’m seeing here is: the food itself isn’t the healthiest, we can all agree. But when we ask for water with our meal, we’re told we can’t have water, we can only have soda.
What world do we live in?
This is Oklahoma. The weather gets over 100 degrees some days, and I can’t have water with my $5 meal?? I have to choose soda?
Thankfully the ladies made it a special request and gave me water anyways, but what kind of company makes their employees deny someone water and make them choose soda? Make this make sense please.“
“I have a weird order at McDonald's because I had surgery that requires me to prioritize protein. Therefore I eat mostly their scrambled eggs. I will order 3 or 4 sides of eggs at a time in the app and they are always kind and gracious about my strange order. The service here is always prompt and my food is always hot. I enjoy going to this McDonald's because it is on the way to work right off the highway, so I know I can stop here early in the morning and they will have my food ready to go so I can get to work. Everyone who works here is always pleasant and kind.“
