“My wife DoorDash is there and frequent quarters for people pretty often and the night crew is absolutely exceptional! They're always on time. They're super friendly and the food is always fresh day, time isn't bad, but orders are always marked before they're available. Which messes up times besides that, though it still deserves 5 stars.“

“This was some of the best McDonald's I've had in a long time it was hot fresh made just the way me and my wife wanted it it was quick the lady that brought it to my car was very courteous asked me if I need a condiments or anything like I said if you want to go to a great McDonald's you need to go check this McDonald's out because it's on point“

“I like this location. I used to work near by and stop by almost everyday. I stopped by this morning and appreciated how I miss this location bc of the efficient people. The workers are hardworking. I never really have to wait long. I know most of the bad reviews for this location are probably because majority of the workers don’t speak English well. “There is just something about the employees at this McDonald's!! Every single time I go there, whoever waits on me at the drive thru always have a huge smile and are super polite and professional. “Clean inside and out. Tables/ floor and bathrooms were clean! Smiles with every employee interaction. Ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel and a bacon egg and cheese bagel. After exchanging a sausage bagel, I left with 3 hash browns and a pumpkin pie on top of my steak and bacon bagel sandwiches. You really go above and beyond for your customers! If you are near there and need a quick bite, definitely give them your business! If you don't want the greasy goodness try one of their back on the menu snack wraps! “It's been a long time since I ate inside McDonald's even drive thru but today I went inside to this McDonald's about evening just felt lazy but the food was really good and the service amazing they bring everything to my table and like everything good ? “I live down the road on Harvard. My WiFi was out and McDonald's always has pretty good public WiFi. I don't have a lot of money but I didn't want to just show up, use WiFi and leave. So, I bought an ice water and a Powerade on two seperate occasions. I sat in there for hours checking my mail and things. The employees never minded I was there. I was not harassed to leave.

There was a woman there and gentleman that were employees. They both were super nice. Not just to me but to every person that entered the establishment.

The restaurant was clean and everything was organized The bathroom was clean.“

“They cut down the line fairly quickly, this McDonald's is usually pretty busy. Got the spicy snack wrap, it was disappointingly small. Can say that it was actually spicy which was a surprise. The chicken wasn't dry, or hard which was good. Had a good crunch to the chicken“

They have been great for the most part I think there has only been once that the manager was rude had our order wrong then took it back gave us a refund when we only wanted him to fix our order everything was closed because it was a holiday I belive it was Thanksgiving...that was what we were going to have for our dinner and he refused to let us have anyfood not even the order that was messed up.he throw it in the trash in front of us knowing we would have to wait till something opened up the texted morning so we went home without...but I think he may no longer work there I haven't seen him in a while.other then that time the orders have been correct and fresh ..the works have been nice and the food has been great...“

“This McDonald’s is SOLID!! I’m used to terrible McDonald’s restaurants with cold fries and sub par food. My fries are always crispy and hot when I come here and the burgers are, for the most part, really good, with the exception of maybe two times where I was slightly disappointed with the quality of the cheeseburger.

Management and employees here deserve a raise!“

“By far the best tasting McDonalds that I have been to. I have been to DOZENS if not, all of, the McDonald’s in the Tulsa area. This one tops them. Perfectly salted fries. Perfectly crispy nuggets and fries. Burgers are put together well and clean, taste great. All around best one.“

“We came this morning and Nancy was the cashier. Shes was so friendly and helpful with our our. We had some substitutions and she handled with precision. Fast service and a very tidy and soft atmosphere. Will definitely coming to this location again!“

“Drive through, I miss when hamburger and cheese burgers were 1.00 I could stand 1.25 but they grabbed my throat with 1.79... charging for water cups if someone orders 8 they are doing the challenge...yes have them pay. I just wanted 1 cup of water with my salty sodium enhanced meat. The McChicken or Double cheeseburger bundle would be great if we could exchange a side salad or parfait for the fries. Now they want 5 bucks and now there is a drink. Funny how the gourmet sandwiches are 10 for the combo now. The prices have jumped too much and they are inconsistent due to individual franchises. I think they need to figure out why they still don't pay their employees well but have doubled the cost of all their meals and food in the last 5 years.
I think businesses should have to prove they need to increase the rates for everything this much. I don't think the cost of everything has increased this much.

“I ordered through DoorDash. My order arrived quickly and everything was correct and packaged in a sealed bag. Both containers of fries were completely full and were hot and fresh. The oreo McFlurrys were delicious. This is the best McDonalds I have ever ordered from!“

“The store in glenpool on 141st i would give 1 star. Their food isn't always cooked throughly you have to ask for napkins and a straw at the drive window. And the employees don't know what food items you are talking about that are on their menu board they tell you they don't serve that there.“

Vegetarian options: No longer serve salad since pandemic but you can order a meatless meal or parfait

Dietary restrictions: Just communicate with staff as strangers DO NOT KNOW your personal allergies,dietary restrictions or preference if you as the customer do not give staff the proper information

Parking: 20+ spots, 4 for pick up and whendrive thru backs up.

Kid-friendliness: Young students come from high school and middle school before during and after school besides their rude language and attitudes sometimes to staff and patrons it's always a pleasant experience

Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicap parking spaces,far from the door,there is a ramp but doors are heavy and not automatic doors.“

“I recently had an issue at a local McDonald's that I have been a customer of for 10 years. I have been using the mobile app at this particular location for quite some time, especially in the mornings when I pick up my order. Normally, I simply provide my name, but there is a new manager who prefers to use the mobile number instead, which I don't mind. However, when I tried to explain this to her, given that she is new to the position, she did not want to listen. She talked over me and seemed uninterested in hearing what I had to say as a customer. I expressed my frustration by saying, "I'm not going to be talked over by anyone, especially you." In response, she told me, "I am a woman, you have to respect me, so you need to listen." I firmly expressed that regardless of her gender, it is not polite, but rather rude and inconsiderate, to talk over someone. I stated that I don't care about her gender or any other factor, rudeness is simply unacceptable. At that point, she informed me that I am no longer allowed to use the mobile app at her store and would have to come in and place my orders from now on. Clearly, they do not like customers using the mobile app, most likely because they’re losing money due to the discounts provided through the app.“
