McDonald's in Shawnee

“I enjoy dining in here at this location. There is a manager named Trent who seems always kind under pressure. He has a great staff and I can see why! He's helpful to his employees and his guests. He has the best crew in my option. The other is a woman named Robin; she is so inviting, clean, and helpful. She always gets the play space ready for parties and has a wonderful reputation with her guests!! She is the main reason I return day to day for my coffee! I love her! Another is a young lady at the counter with long hair; I think her name is Trina. She is so kind, smart, and helpful too. I didn't like going inside locations much before meeting these three here. I do like this location. Made me fall in love with McDonald's again. The workers who help dashers are so kind; I've seen them interact with them time and time again about how many bags to grab or which drink carriers should be going with which orders. Thorough kind customer service is top tier here. PS Thanks Blake for being so gracious and helpful too :)“

“The day crew is amazing. If you come here at night they work like their volunteering for free and not getting paid. I have set and watched the food getting cold waiting to be bagged on multiple occasions. They never seem to be short staffed and the day crew is always on point. But the night shift clearly does not care about speed of service. They print the tickets off to fake the time of the order being completed and just leave it sitting there. I have gotten food faster at a sit down restaurant where they actually cook the food to order. I am a doordasher and got a violation because they didn't even start the order until 10 minutes after the pickup time. And did not get the order until 18 minutes AFTER it was supposed to be delivered to the customer. I have never seen a store ran like this and I work in a restaurant.“
