McDonald's in Edmond

“🌟 Beyond Expectations!!!

~ stopped in here for the first time, and was very pleasantly surprised!
It is so CLEAN,and BRIGHT inside! The BOOTHS are very COMFY, and the sunshine feels great ☀️
The team was VERY FAST, and my food was EXACTLY what I ordered, which was a nice change.
Everyone here has been checking in, and just showing really great customer service!!!

“The drive through is always fast and efficient and all staff are very nice. I go there a lot in the morning, and breakfast is usually spot on. Fresh coffee. I have gotten a few older sausage biscuits, but it's not too often. Otherwise this would be 5 stars on Food, but it's 4.“

“They delivered food to our table! We couldn't believe it! It was clean and nice. Other than the fish sandwich having a bit too much sauce and McDonald's making all their sandwiches micro size, it was surprisingly nice. Maybe because we were eating in Edmond.“

“Friendly drive through service. Food was better than any McDonald's I've experienced in a long time. I ordered simple, double cheeseburger w/ extra ketchup and a large fry. It was hot and fresh. Getting the food took a little time, but I wasn't in a hurry. Keep up the great job!“

“we got our food in a timely manner the food was great the only thing I would suggest is having a few more clean tables in the lobby for people to sit down but when your short staffed or busy sometimes it's hard to keep up with that and that's understandable thank you for the great job and friendly customer service“

“Fast service, but the play place needs some TLC

I stopped by today for a quick meal. The food was exactly what you'd expect, nothing amazing, but solid for fast food. The real highlight was the service; our order came out incredibly fast, which I really appreciated.

However, the dining experience in the play place area was a bit disappointing. The indoor play structure looked okay, but the tables were sticky and hadn't been cleaned off. Worse, the bathroom inside the play area was completely out of toilet paper, which is a hassle when you have kids. Also, it felt pretty warm in that section. It didn't seem like the A/C was keeping up, and it was a little too warm to be comfortable while watching the kids play.

“I want to give a huge shout-out to Waffle at the McDonald’s on 1235 N Kelly Ave, Edmond, OK 73003. They messed up my order, but she handled it with amazing customer service. She was kind, fast, and made everything fresh right on the spot. My food came out hot, the fries were perfect, and she even added a side of cookies.
