EVERYTIME no matter what time I go I sit in the drive thru for atleast 20-30 mins! I don’t normally go to this one because of how slow and horrible it is, but it’s right by my job so sometimes I’ll risk it and hope and pray they’ll do better. Literally sat at the speaker for 23 minutes before ever addressed, didn’t even say I’m sorry about the wait I’ll be with you as soon as I can.
