My order placed at 530pm states it was ready at 6pm, both in the expected time and when the app says the order is Ready for pickup. It's 620 and I finally had to ask what the status is, since no one greeted me. When asked, I was advised they'll get started on it Get started on it?! I understand getting busy, but if the app status was changed to Ready I anticipate that it would actually be ready. Not impressed and I kinda regret tipping.
This place needs an entire new staff. An older gentleman took my order while also making online orders. Greeted me with a smile and even cracked some jokes. A line was building and he asked the crew for help, yet was declined by everyone. Out of the 4 other people I saw, not 1 looked busy enough to deny him help. So they argued with him about how he can do it himself. That man either deserves a massive raise or new coworkers
Normally in and out pretty quick. Lots of turnover for employees but overall they're constant. Food is consistant. I feel that the prices for what you get are a bit high, but I know that's not local.
