We had a great experience tonight placing a call in order, Vincent was very professional and sweet over the phone taking my order and in person! He was working the drive-thru headset, the cashier and pick up calls! I worked in a panera for years and know the work that goes into multi-tasking! He even gave us some free Cinnabons they couldn't sell since it was close to closing. 10/10 Thank you!
Easily one of the best experiences at any of the chain restaurants! Fast and friendly service, and actually hot food like my sandwich was actually steamingTasty and clean. Super quick in and out. Must visit
