Subway is a restaurant with mixed reviews. Customers have experienced inconsistencies in their sandwiches, with some being loaded and others light. The prices are also considered high, with the sandwiches not being worth the $12-$14 cost unless a coupon is used. Recently, customers have praised the hard work and dedication of the staff, especially during busy times. Customers have noted that the employees take pride in their work, providing friendly service and quick assistance. One visitor was impressed by the staff helping her get two sandwiches down to $14 with a coupon and even offering tips for cheaper online orders. Another customer appreciated how one worker managed to handle the busy environment alone, remembered her gluten allergy, and took extra care by changing gloves and packing her salads with dressing on the side for freshness. Despite staffing challenges, employees like Jaden, Joey, and others continue to work hard and provide good service. However, some customers still mention issues with cleanliness and organization, such as empty veggies and condiments, overflowing trash, and staff not always changing gloves between handling the register and food. Overall, the restaurant has moments of great customer service, but inconsistencies remain.
