Sunshine does some stuff really well but other stuff was lacking. So, a 3 star review is about right here. I had lunch at Sunshine around 12:30 on a Wednesday. The restaurant is in downtown Cordell on the square across from the courthouse. It is big enough inside with plenty of seating. I could see it getting pretty cramped during busy times, but when I was there it was only about half full, so it did not feel crowded. Service was good, but not great. The owners are doing the best they can with small-town clientele and limited budget. They are friendly and willing to work around the needs of their customers. The food is good, and worth the money.
Ate from the buffet, ordered roast but the chicken looked much more appealing.great sides and great salad. My cuzzen nadine owned this restaurant prior she loved the beans n cornbread** rolls were great
