“The food at this location is good. The service at this location was excellent. The lobby was clean, and there was an employee keeping on top of the dining area. The employee even brought my wife a box for her leftovers. The employees at the counter also provided excellent customer service. Overall, I'd highly recommend dining at this loction. I'll remember to take pictures of the food during a future visit.“

“I love this place. I don’t eat outside food much. But omg. Chicken and waffles are bomb and the macaroni buffalo chicken is FIRE!!! I’m gonna start making this place a ritual for at least twice a month as long as I don’t eat anywhere else.“

“Service was very polite and efficient, the layout was a little confusing at first, thought i could walk straight to the register but after observing its a wrap around line ( not a fan of tables connected to a waiting wall imo) but the place was very clean overall:) tried the classic carol, dixie chick and the kickin kay lyn. Surprisingly the dixie was my fav, very aromatic with the onion but not overwhelming! i expected the kay lyn to be more robust but it didnt have the bite i wouldve preferred tbh. The overall attention to detail regarding the decor was very lack luster, homey in a extreme minimal way, meh. The chicken salad here is okay, just okay. Not bad, but when you make that your center piece i kind of expect it to be more flavorful. I get it, fishing for a wide audience makes you want to play it safe. 5/10 for me, ill be back but not for a while.“

“What can I say? I’m a Cane’s girl but one rainy day I pulled into Chick-fil-A and I was fascinated by the systematic efficiency. So I went back a second day and the level service mirrored the level of service of the previous day. Feeling that this couldn’t happen again, I continued to go back. I was greeted by the most courteous and helpful young people.
They run that place like the TSA at the airport. I have only been there once and no one asked me what sauce and then in the end, I saw that all the attendants were running back and forth for sauce for all the cars. I assumed that was a training day, as I saw some new faces. Everyone is allowed one of those days.
The waffle fries are always a pleasure and I guess my biggest complaint is looking at what color they decide my car is. It is always says “Tina black sedan.” “Tina gray sedan.” “Tina brown sedan.” It’s made me want to research exactly what shimmery brown/gold speckled color is called again 😂“

“Stopped by this weekend, first time eating in their dining area since before the pandemic started and had really missed it. The young lady who took our order was super friendly and welcoming. Our order was brought out to the table. One of the orders was wrong, the manager apologized and corrected it immediately. Great service and the food was yummy. It was nice to be in a place where you felt like they wanted you there. 🙂“
“Good food for the price. $12 for a brooklyn style pizza that is comparable to Pizza Hut. We watched our cook quit on the spot and speed out of the parking lot after we asked him to cut our uncut pizza. The other staff members started complaining through the lobby about the extra work they had to do because he quit. I believe he just had a long day up until that point and was done with the day.“

“I had such a great experience thanks to Misty! When she found out that I’m allergic to pork, she went out of her way to make me a delicious vegetable pizza instead. Not only was it thoughtful, but the pizza turned out amazing—fresh, flavorful, and made with care. I really appreciated her kindness and attention to detail. Thank you, Misty!“

“I want to brag on Christina the manger I spoke with. I appreciate the fact you were very apologetic when I called your store last night not realizing I had the wrong store. Your positive attitude was comforting and welcoming. I just wanted to thank you. As my experience with the the manger at the correct location Alameda wasn't pleasant at all. My business will now be at this location. I again appreciate you and I hope the owners see this and commend your hard work.“
“We get a decent burger (must have a "grill" location) and slice of pizza here, touch screen allows you to have burger cook up just as you like it, with usually a great selection of fountain drinks, my faves are the flavored teas (like watermelon). Each location varies with tea flavor availability.“

“I love your food but the mobile thru feature is worthless. Every time I use it, cars that got there after me are getting through before me. So I should just wait to order when I get there or go inside. And yes traffic volume is same on both lanes so that’s not it.“

“The employee behind the counter was patient and suggested I try the new lemon pepper dry rub and suggest i make it a large zack snack meal. It was one of the best dine in experiences ive had in years.
I dont want to name the employee out right but her intials are R.C. She provided excellent customer service. THANK YOU!!!“

“Went back to restaurant after talking to their corporate offices about a food issue. Jeff in corporate, said the company wanted to rectify the issue and offered replacement of food or refund. I accepted a refund from the manager. I will return to that place of business as they rectified the issue.“
