“I am not the type to just come up and post bad reviews but this one got me becuz me and my husband have ordered here before and have not had good experiences so I will not be ordering from here again my husband ordered our food from DoorDash at 9:30 and the worker kept having our dasher cancel our order until one finally told us the problem and when I called up there the manager said that she let the cook go home early and they are out of chicken and that they can not refund me the order why accept the order if u can not serve food only drinks and we spent $20 dollars to not get our food“

“I was really impressed with how smoothly things went despite it being a busy night. I went through the drive-thru and, even with the rush, the servers were on top of it—quick and efficient. They double-checked my order before sending it out, which showed a great attention to detail. Overall, solid experience and definitely worth the wait!“

“Cains chicken is always the most and tasty. I am disappointed in the chicken serving size since COVID, they cut the strip size down by about 40% and have kept it that way and the prices are still the same. So it is not the value it once was. My bread was slightly toasted on the underside, which I like. Good was piping hot and fresh.“

Parking: If you are are dinning in, you might consider street parking or parking at Red Lobster across the street. That parking lot is a mess.“

“People never leave reviews when the food is great. Only when they have the 1 bad visit out of the hundred times they have been there before. Chick-fil-a Norman Main st. is great!“

“Stopped by this weekend, first time eating in their dining area since before the pandemic started and had really missed it. The young lady who took our order was super friendly and welcoming. Our order was brought out to the table. One of the orders was wrong, the manager apologized and corrected it immediately. Great service and the food was yummy. It was nice to be in a place where you felt like they wanted you there. 🙂“

“My mother stopped in here several months ago with my niece and had an Asian salad, they don't have it anymore. I had chicken strips and enjoyed it very much. I forget what my mom got, she did enjoy her food. They were very busy so I icky gave 4 stars and because they didn't have a comparable meal for the Asian salad.“
