The young man working ( not sure if he was a shift manager or just an employee) but during the busiest time of day on a Sunday, he took full charge and dominated the service and kept up with a smile and genuine care.“

“The service was good, the guys were very friendly, but unfortunately, because of the system, they couldn't honor my tax-exempt card with my online deal. At McDonald's, the manager can rewrite anything on the order so customers are happy with the online deals and the tax exemption card.“
