“I had a really great experience at Qdoba and wanted to highlight the excellent customer service we received. The manager, Ophelia, was extremely kind, patient, and helpful while assisting us with our order. She made the whole process smooth and welcoming, which really stood out.
While we were waiting at the register, another customer was having trouble paying and it was holding things up. Instead of letting the situation drag on or make anyone uncomfortable, Ophelia stepped in and paid the remaining balance for the customer herself so everything could keep moving and no one’s food would get cold.
That level of kindness and leadership is rare to see. Ophelia went above and beyond, and it really made the experience memorable. Great service like that doesn’t go unnoticed.“

“Wow! Hidden gem for sure!! You’ve gotta come and try it out, everything was amazing. Literally blows the other Mexican restaurants near here out of the water. The staff were all very nice and our waitress Luisa was a sweetheart / very accommodating and never acted annoyed with us. Their queso is legit!! The salsa and chips for the table are amazing and fresh too. 10/10“
