Lathesia was amazing and completely remedied an honest mistake by going above and beyond and giving me the correct food freshly made. She was kind and quick, with a sincere attitude.
They're the only Burger King close by so I try to work with them. Today when I went I got the super croissant the one that cost more and all that had on it extra was a piece of cheese. Even after 30 minutes after the cheese wasn't even melted. So I tried to call the number on the receipt. 1st ring sound like somebody hung up on me within the 1st 3 or 4 rings. 2nd time I called it sounded like a cell phone and it had now been turned off or disconnected.felt all sluggish after eating...read full review
The employees are friendly and helpful. From what I see, the place is kept spotless. I take my kid to eat here at least once a week. We have had only one problem with an incorrectly prepared special order, and the Manager graciously replaced the burger at no cost, although I offered to pay for the replacement.

The employees were kind and polite. The food was gorgeous, lovely, and cooked to perfection. The chicken fries and French fries were served with love and were delectable. However, you can smell the mold in the play area and you can see the mold on the ceiling. The location and staff are seen as a reasonable option for a casual meal, especially when using the application for good prices like $1 ice cream cones.
