He brought my order to an outside table and served me without there being a scannable QR code. The food was good but it’s the spirit of service at Chickfila that makes it such a special place. “Placed an order for delivery today. I received a call from the manager who looked at the deliveries placed for the day and noticed mine was late. I had no idea it was late because work was pretty busy that day. I appreciate the effort and the standard chick-fil-a has a business. I appreciate that the manager called me to apologize, and also complimented me with free delivery fee.“
“I do not usually write reviews, but what happened to me at this Chick fil A deserves to be recorded in the history books. I walked in expecting nothing more than a chicken sandwich and waffle fries. Instead, I walked out with my life saved. As I was eating my dinner, I choked on a waffle fry. Before I could even panic, an employee by the name of Wesley Winfield swooped in like some kind of guardian angel. With the calmest voice I have ever heard, he handed me a large sweet tea and tapped my back with the perfect amount of force that only someone trained in the art of hospitality could deliver. I could breathe again. The entire restaurant cheered. A child might have cried. I am not sure, my vision was still blurry. Wesley Winfield is a modern hero and should be promoted immediately.“
