“It’s no wonder Dan Kathy just became the wealthiest man in GA! Chick-fil-A’s ability to find employees like Casen at this store is what makes this franchise such a success. He brought my order to an outside table and served me without there being a scannable QR code. The food was good but it’s the spirit of service at Chickfila that makes it such a special place. “Placed an order for delivery today. I received a call from the manager who looked at the deliveries placed for the day and noticed mine was late. I had no idea it was late because work was pretty busy that day. I appreciate the effort and the standard chick-fil-a has a business. I appreciate that the manager called me to apologize, and also complimented me with free delivery fee.“
“Delivery drivers… if you forget a drink, please just leave the food instead of taking my hot food back with you. Ordered delivery and the app showed that my order had arrived. When we went outside, it wasn’t there. I even checked a few houses down before I called the driver (who I had texted before so he had my number). The driver said he forgot the drink so he went back to get it. I get it mistakes happen, things get left but PLEASE just leave the food. Or least ask if I want the food before you go back and get the drink. No message or anything to let me know. I thought he stole my food. Waited an extra 20 mins for my food, fries were soggy and cold. I usually have a great experience so I don’t want to leave a bad review. Just communicate with your customers please!“
