We watched our cook quit on the spot and speed out of the parking lot after we asked him to cut our uncut pizza. The other staff members started complaining through the lobby about the extra work they had to do because he quit. I believe he just had a long day up until that point and was done with the day.“

“We ordered three pizzas last night. It’s our first time ever ordering from there. We usually get like the singles for lunch sometimes and it’s always delicious so we went ahead and treated ourselves and our kids to their pizzas…. little bit cheaper than Pizza Hut and Domino’s and it tastes 10 times better so that says a lot. We did an online order and unfortunately when we got there, their thing was down. I’m not exactly sure what part in the grill was down, but the gentleman informed us he had to call his boss…. well at that same time a lady walked in behind us and wanted her pizzas and he tried to explain to her Something was wrong. He happened to be on the phone with his boss at the exact same time so I took it upon myself to say hey he’s on the phone with his boss. There’s something wrong with his machine and he’s trying to figure out what he needs to do well the lady then yells at me that she wants a refund and I tell her hey give him a second. He’s trying to figure out what’s going on. She then proceeds to yell. I don’t care. I want a refund. I don’t have time to wait. This is ridiculous. Ends up getting the manager involved. He comes over there. He’s trying every way possible to fix the situation the lady is not dealing with it she’s just yelling at everybody just being extremely hateful. We ended up waiting 15 extra minutes and they were able to get our pizzas out to us. They offered us free drinks and even today when I went back in, they offered us another free pizza. Which I did not take because they really didn’t do anything wrong. It was nice that they were trying very hard to make sure their customers were happy but what that lady did last night was unacceptable. That was my first experience visually witnessing a Karen and I feel really bad for the employees because they did not deserve that no one does. They took care of us and I’ll be honest. This is literally the only gas station we go to in Norman because their coffee that they have is amazing and their food is delicious every single time so I am more than pleased with the grill and the store.“

“I order here all the time through the app and pick up my order through drive through. Food is always fast, fresh, accurate, and the employees are very nice. I have also been in the store several times. Store is always incredibly clean. Parking lot and the building is immaculate. Not a ton of seating inside since it is a smaller store. If I had to guess, the store seats 20-25 people.“
