Its a college dorm. The rooms showed the age of the building, but the common areas were good. Our son was there for a camp, and he had a good experience.
My sister is currently enrolled at OU and gave me a lovely tour of Couch! Amazing atmosphere in the couch dorms! Lounges everywhere, great sitting areas for studying and homework. And the dorm rooms themselves are sitting over a beautiful view of campus! Absolutely gorgeous and honestly, it feels like home away from home :)
It's good with good security.
