We waited over 20 minutes while they filled all of the pick up orders and to go orders before they started to work on dine-in customers
Beware at Firehouse subs. My sandwich is so soggy the bred feels like dough. And my sandwich was completely made wrong. Unfortunately the error wasn't found till home and now I have 0 sandwich to eat. Called the store the manager argued with me over how the sandwich was ordered. We have been a frequent long time customers of there but this just totally passed me off.
