I had a great a experience today! I frequent this location. When I went in to order today I noticed they had a truck there. Both ladies were working so hard. However, today I want to give Gracie a shout out. Every time I go in she is always doing more than one thing, making sandwiches cutting vegetables or giving instruction to others and she always has a smile on her face. She greets me, remembers me, and is always thorough when taking and making my order.
I’m a regular here and they always have amazing service.

Subway in Norman stands out for its excellent service, clean environment, and pleasant atmosphere, making it a favorite for many customers. The friendly staff, including Lindsey, Rachel, and Brandi, always ensures a good dining experience, even when the restaurant is busy or dealing with online orders. Despite some minor inconveniences like the drive-through screen being out of order or occasional mix-ups with orders, the staff remains upbeat and dedicated. The tasty food and overall cleanliness of the restaurant make it a preferred choice for those looking for a satisfying meal, especially before events like the OU game day.
