I want to brag on Christina the manger I spoke with. I appreciate the fact you were very apologetic when I called your store last night not realizing I had the wrong store. Your positive attitude was comforting and welcoming. I just wanted to thank you. As my experience with the the manger at the correct location Alameda wasn't pleasant at all. My business will now be at this location. I again appreciate you and I hope the owners see this and commend your hard work.
My boyfriend just TRIED to pick up dinner. But, they were completely out of breasts, wings, and biscuits. They said it would be a 25 minute wait. Why even bother to be open? Since your are supposed to sell 'fried chicken' why don't you? Simplify you menu so you can have the basics.
