“The food, as always, is good for the price. The shift lead was very young & off putting as he complained about their previously packed lobby during the Thunder game while having only minimal staff, which created a big strain on them all. I get that he was exhausted from busting his butt all day, but don't tell me when I call right at 9:30 that you are no longer taking specialty orders since it's 9:30 & you do close at 10, only to have absolutely nothing available in the hot & ready box, nor is there anything even in the oven when I get to the store 2 minutes later. All 5 people who ordered after I did got their pizzas before I did, @ 10:05. Hopefully, that young man learned the importance of planning ahead & will be prepared for his next game day, and life as an adult.“

“Ordered 3 pizzas. It did take a while to get what we ordered as they were very busy. Looked understaffed. The girl at the front counter appeared to be too overwhelmed to really handle that amount of business, and with that, came complaints and customers wanting their money back. Devin, the manager on duty, handled the rush professionally and appropriately. Props to him. He really handled that, and the pizza was fresh and hot, once we got it.“
