“I want to give a huge shout-out to Tony... I went in for one of the lunch and drink specials. When I saw the food that I was given it had obviously been sitting in the warmer for quite some time. No big deal, those things happen sometimes. I took the food back in and showed Tony, who totally understood that it was unacceptable and offered to make me a fresh batch immediately. While this was going on the entire lobby of the pizza shop was filled with people and he was as busy as can be, yet he still kept on top of my order and let me know that it was coming out soon and then had it boxed up right away and handed it to me and apologized once more. He is a total rock star and made that whole situation an extremely pleasant experience for me and I hope somebody recognizes him for the great employee that he is.“

“Ordered 3 pizzas. It did take a while to get what we ordered as they were very busy. Looked understaffed. The girl at the front counter appeared to be too overwhelmed to really handle that amount of business, and with that, came complaints and customers wanting their money back. Devin, the manager on duty, handled the rush professionally and appropriately. Props to him. He really handled that, and the pizza was fresh and hot, once we got it.“
